Video and Photo Forensics for AttorneysThis CLE class is a one hour session.In this session attendees will learn about the different types of video recording equipment and how the equipment records video evidence. The preservation and collection of video and photo evidence will also be covered.Attendees will also learn about the methods used to properly enhance video and photo evidence, including what is really possible and what is not possible. Metadata, or information contained inside of photos will also be covered.Also covered in this session are the ways that photos can be faked or manipulated and how those fakes can be spotted by looking for various aspects of photo editing and the artifacts left behind by photo manipulation.Key topics: Video recording devices and system forensics, video and photo evidence, collection and handling of video evidence, video enhancement, photo enhancement, faked photos, image metadata
